At Formfy, we want every customer to be confident in their purchase. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for Formfy license keys, credit packages, and software products purchased from formfy.ai or shop.formfy.ai.

1. Nature of the Product

Formfy is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Purchases deliver a digital license key by email within minutes of checkout. The license key unlocks access to your Formfy account, including the AI form builder, e-signatures, SMS and email delivery, and signed-record storage.

Because Formfy products are delivered digitally, our refund terms are specific to the activation status of your license key.

2. 30-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The license key has not yet been activated, and
  • No credits from the purchase have been used, and
  • The request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Refunds requested under these conditions are processed in full, with no restocking or processing fees.

3. Activated License Keys

Once a license key is activated and credits or software access are delivered to your account, the purchase is considered delivered and consumed under standard digital-goods practice. We are unable to refund:

  • License keys that have already been activated.
  • Credit packages where one or more credits have been used.
  • Subscription renewals that have entered a new billing period.

If you activated your key by mistake within minutes of purchase and have not used any credits, please contact us — we review these cases individually and aim to be reasonable.

4. Defective Keys & Activation Issues

If a license key fails to activate, contact us at contact@formfy.ai within 30 days. Our support team will troubleshoot the issue, and if we are unable to resolve it, we will issue a replacement key or a full refund — your choice.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email contact@formfy.ai with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  • The reason for your refund request

We respond to all refund requests within two (2) business days.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times depend on your payment provider:

  • Credit and debit cards: 5 to 10 business days
  • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days
  • Google Pay / Apple Pay: 5 to 10 business days

Bank processing times are outside Formfy’s control. If you do not see your refund after 10 business days, please contact us and we will assist in tracing it with the payment provider.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel an active subscription at any time from your Formfy account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to your remaining credits and signed-record history through that date. We do not pro-rate cancellations within an active billing period.

8. Failed or Duplicate Charges

If you were charged in error, charged twice for the same order, or your license key was not delivered after a successful payment, contact us immediately at contact@formfy.ai. We will investigate and issue a corrective refund or re-deliver your license key, whichever applies.

9. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first — we resolve almost all issues within two business days. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and can result in your Formfy account being suspended pending investigation.

10. Returns

Because Formfy products are delivered electronically, there is nothing physical to return. Refunds (where applicable under Section 2) are processed entirely through the original payment method without requiring any return shipment or product return.

11. Consumer Rights (EU / UK Customers)

Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except where the digital content has begun to be delivered with the customer’s express prior consent and acknowledgment that this waives the right of withdrawal.

By activating your Formfy license key, you provide express consent to begin the supply of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal under those regulations from the point of activation.

The 30-day refund window described in Section 2 of this policy applies in addition to, and is more generous than, the statutory minimums under EU and UK consumer law for unactivated digital goods.

12. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced by email to active customers at least 14 days before taking effect.
